B. Compliance with Laws
You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while using our services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services does not violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
C. Content Submissions
By submitting any content to our website or platform, including but not limited to reviews, feedback, or suggestions, you grant Elite Travelers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
D. Intellectual Property
Elite Travelers' website, logo, trademarks, and other intellectual property are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You shall not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without obtaining our prior written consent.
6. Termination and Suspension
A. Termination by Elite Travelers
Elite Travellers reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to our services, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice. We may terminate your membership if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our services in any way.
B. Termination by Member
You can terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to Elite Travelers. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the benefits and discounts associated with your membership.
C. Suspension of Account
Elite Travelers may temporarily suspend your account and access to our services in the event of suspected unauthorized activity, violation of these Terms, or any other reason deemed necessary by us.
During the suspension period, you will not be able to use your membership benefits or access your account.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any suspension unless such notification would compromise the security or integrity of our services or violate any legal requirements.
Elite Travelers reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms and take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of your membership.

All Elite Travelers General Terms of Use and Membership Agreement, Rewards and Benefits, and other associated programs as may be updated in these terms and conditions are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions described elsewhere throughout this website or app and your acknowledgement that you have read the Elite Travelers privacy policy. By enrolling and participating in the Elite Travelers program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to and control your use, membership, and participation in the Elite Travelers program, including when you access your Elite Travelers account. Elite Travelers rewards and benefits and their use with Elite Travelers products and services are only for your personal benefit and use through your personal Elite Travelers account and they cannot be sold, advertised for sale or bartered. Violation of these terms and conditions can lead to loss of Rewards and Benefits and termination of your account.
Elite Travelers offers the ET programs/ plans/ products and services (ET abbreviation for “Elite Travelers”) at its discretion and has the right to terminate any program, in whole or in part, or to change or amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, even if the changes affect the value of Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits already accumulated. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Please check back frequently for Elite Travelers program updates or rule changes.
These reservations of rights apply to all aspects of the Elite Travelers program, including without limitation, all Elite Travelers Status such as Elevate VIP Gold, Elevate VIP Platinum, Elevate VIP Diamond, and Elevate VIP Ambassador.
Elite Travelers may, in its discretion, change its program rules, regulations, travel awards, and special offers at any time with or without notice. This means that the accumulation of Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits does not entitle you to any vested rights with respect to such program Rewards and Benefits.
Elite Travelers awards are available while supplies last. Further, you may not be able to earn points on all ET travel services or use points for travel to all destinations or on all services. Any award may be withdrawn or subject to increased point requirements or new restrictions at any time.

Elite Travelers may, among other things, (i) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits; (ii) change Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits, participant affiliations, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, forfeiting or transferring Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits, or rules for the use of Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits; (iii) rename or redefine program elements or benefits; or (iv) modify or end any Elite Travelers Status and associated benefits.
Elite Travelers may make any one or more of these changes at any time even though such changes may affect your ability to use the Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits that you have already accumulated. Program services and benefits available through other participating partners in connection with the Elite Travelers program are subject to change without notice. Elite Travelers reserves the right to end the Elite Travelers program with 30 days’ notice. Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits and special offers are subject to government regulations. Elite Travelers may at any time suspend or terminate any Elite Travelers account for any reason in its sole discretion, such as suspending or terminating any Elite Travelers account associated with a customer who violates Elite Travelers policies and procedures as determined by Elite Travelers in its sole discretion, including but not limited to when such customer has been added to the Elite Travelers “no fly list and/or no service list” for any reason.
- Except as expressly permitted by Elite Travelers, only individuals are eligible for Elite Travelers program membership. Each eligible individual is limited to one Elite Travelers program membership.
- You are responsible for reading these Elite Travelers Program Terms and Conditions, additional member information, Elite Travelers newsletters, and account details available in your online Elite Travelers account in order to understand your rights, responsibilities, and Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits under the Elite Travelers program. Elite Travelers may amend its rules of the Elite Travelers program at any time without notice. Elite Travelers has no liability for correspondence that is misdirected, lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed.
- You understand and agree that the Elite Travelers program and any and all information associated with the Elite Travelers program such as your Elite Travelers member information, Elite Travelers account number and password are solely owned by Elite Travelers and are confidential information of Elite Travelers. Except for the sharing of your Elite Travelers account number with Elite Travelers partners as permitted by the Elite Travelers program, you may not share any confidential information with any third party without Elite Travelers’ express consent. However, for purposes of accessing your Elite Travelers account with your consent, a person in your household or a person that you directly supervise as part of their career or employment may also use your Elite Travelers account number and password solely to provide administrative support to you in connection with your Elite Travelers account. Elite Travelers will have no liability in connection with any unauthorized use or access of your Elite Travelers account, Elite Travelers account number or password.
- Any departure fee, immigration fee, security fee, tax liability surcharge, passenger facility charge, or any other fee or surcharge (whether enacted by a governmental authority or otherwise) is the responsibility of the passenger, guest, member and/or the Elite Travelers member.
- Except for transfers as expressly permitted via your Elite Travelers account, you may not, at any time, purchase, transfer, sell, advertise for sale, or barter (including but not limited to by means of transferring, gifting, or promising) any Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits associated with the offering of any Elite Travelers products or services for any purpose whatsoever, such as in exchange for payment or in support of a business, product or charity and/or participation in an auction, sweepstakes, raffle or contest. Any such Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits may be void if transferred for cash or other consideration. Violators (including any passenger, guest, member who uses a purchased or bartered award) may be liable for damages and litigation costs, including Elite Travelers attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing this rule.
- All reservations or awards that are made or purchased through fraudulent means are void and will be canceled by Elite Travelers.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of applicable rules is subject to administrative and/or legal action by appropriate governmental authorities and Elite Travelers. Such action may include, without limitation, the forfeiture of any and all Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits in a member's account, as well as termination of the account and the member's future participation in the Elite Travelers program. If your account is terminated due to inappropriate conduct or while under investigation, you may not open a new Elite Travelers account or participate in the Elite Travelers program in any capacity without obtaining the express written permission of Elite Travelers. In addition, Elite Travelers reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its attorneys’ fees incurred in prosecuting any lawsuit.
- If Elite Travelers and/or any Elite Travelers participant partner/associate improperly denies you Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits, your exclusive remedy shall be the issuance of the improperly denied Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits, if available, or such other alternative comparable benefit as determined by Elite Travelers, in its sole discretion. Elite Travelers shall have no additional liability whatsoever. In no event shall Elite Travelers or any Elite Travelers participant be liable to you, or anyone claiming through a member, for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, or lost revenue or profits, arising out of the acts or omissions of Elite Travelers or any Elite Travelers participant in connection with the Elite Travelers program.
- Elite Travelers reserves the right to terminate your Elite Travelers account for inactivity. Your account may be deemed inactive and terminated without notice if: (a) you have not had any points earnings or redeeming activity for at least 36 consecutive months; (b) your Elite Travelers account has a current balance of 0 (zero) points; (c) you do not respond to repeated communication attempts regarding the status of your account; or (d) you do not have any lifetime benefits or an active Elite Travelers Status. In addition, your Elite Travelers account will terminate upon your death, unless you assign one or multiple successors.
- You may voluntarily terminate your Elite Travelers account by providing written notice to Elite Travelers Customer Service. Elite Travelers account termination is permanent.
- All requests to terminate your account must include a KYC not limited to the following information to confirm your identity: Your full name, your Elite Travelers membership number, email address on your Elite Travelers account, your country of residence,your ID and your date of birth.
- Any voluntary termination will be subject to these Elite Travelers Program Terms and Conditions.
- Termination of your Elite Travelers account for any reason will result in the immediate forfeiture of all accrued Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits.
- If you voluntarily terminate your account, Elite Travelers will honor award tickets, points and accommodations or services already issued at the time of account termination, but such award tickets, accommodations or services cannot be modified or transferred. If you terminate your Elite Travelers account voluntarily while in good standing, you may open a new Elite Travelers account at any time; however, any Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits which may have been available under your previous Elite Travelers account prior to termination will not be reactivated or transferred to your new Elite Travelers account.
- Elite Travelers is not responsible for and will have no liability arising from products and services offered by other participating companies.
- Accumulation of Elite Travelers awards with companies other than Elite Travelers are subject to the continued participation of such companies in the Elite Travelers program.
- Your points summaries and tickets will be available in your back office. You may also receive special promotional materials at the mailing address and/or e-mail address you provide.
- You may view your account status and points summary on our website under back office/ my network, on our app or by subscribing to receive the Elite Travelers email updates.
- All rules are subject to interpretation by designee(s) of Elite Travelers.
Name and Address Changes
You will be responsible for letting Elite Travelers know of any name, email, or address change on your account. Please ensure that the name in your Elite Travelers account matches exactly the name on your government-issued photo ID used when you travel.
Name change requests cannot be processed over the phone. You must instead submit a copy of supporting legal documentation (e.g., court order, marriage certificate, divorce certificate) by mail or follow the instructions on this website or app to submit your identity verification. Identity verification will be required for any name change requests. Your signature and Elite Travelers membership number must be included in all written correspondence.
To ensure you receive credit for your Elite Travelers transactions, please provide your Elite Travelers membership number when you make your travel reservations or use the services of our participants. Retain all flight, services documents until the credit amount, points and/or RDR, appears on your summary. For transactions with other participants, retain your original paid invoice. You must include your Elite Travelers membership number in your reservation record for any services on which you wish to use Elite Travelers Status benefits.
- Elite Travelers is the final authority on qualification for Elite Travelers services rewards and reserves the right to deny or revoke services rewards at any time if Elite Travelers determines that the services rewards were improperly given.
- Except as otherwise explained below, Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits are not transferable and may not be combined among Elite Travelers members, their estates, successors, or assigns. Accrued Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits do not constitute property of the member, do not have any residual property rights value, and are not transferable upon (i) termination, (ii) cancelation, (iii) death, (iv) as part of a domestic relations matter, or (v) otherwise by operation of law. However, Elite Travelers, in its sole discretion, may, on a one-time basis, credit accrued Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits to persons specifically identified in a court order or final settlement upon receipt of documentation satisfactory to Elite Travelers and upon payment of any applicable fees. Any decision made by Elite Travelers in response to a transfer request is final and not subject to further review. The transfer request and required documents must be provided within one year after the date of the applicable event giving rise to the request for transfer.
- Unless otherwise expressly stated by Elite Travelers, you will not be able to transfer program benefits you accumulate in the Elite Travelers program to any other loyalty program, nor can you transfer program benefits you accumulate in another loyalty program to the Elite Travelers program.
- Elite Travelers services, benefits and/ or awards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, discount, or special offer; and are void where prohibited by law.
Once you have selected a service, you will have one year from the date of selection to complete all travel unless otherwise noted.
- Elite Travelers assumes no responsibility for and is not liable for any unauthorized access by third parties to a member's account and/or account information, including but not limited to any unauthorized award transaction made from the account, except as provided under applicable laws. Elite Travelers assumes no obligation or duty to re-credit any unauthorized awards withdrawal made by third parties; however, Elite Travelers reserves the right to review, in its sole discretion, requests for re-crediting unauthorized awards withdrawals provided such request is made to Elite Travelers within three (3) months of the unauthorized withdrawal. By accessing your Elite Travelers account on one of our websites or apps, you agree to the terms and conditions on that website or app.
- Elite Travelers is not responsible for the cancellation of award reservations or changes to any award travel plans made by members.
- Awards have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-assignable.
- Elite Travelers awards are subject to, and the passenger is responsible for, any applicable departure taxes, security fees, federal inspection fees, passenger facility charges and/or other taxes, fees, and surcharges assessed by appropriate authorities, partner carriers and/ or service providers. In addition, there may be applicable non-refundable charges under the Elite Travelers program, such as Elite Travelers award charges or upgrade award co-pays.
- Awards for international travel are subject to appropriate governmental approvals.
- Flight and/or accommodation awards on Elite Travelers and our airline/accommodation partners may be subject to special limitations on seating availability. Seats/rooms for award travel may not be available on all flights/accommodation partners. Reservations for flight awards will be accepted, and you will have a confirmed seat, as long as award seats are still available for the award you are using when you make your reservation. However, all accommodations are subject to availability at the time reservations are made.
- Travel or Using Elite Travelers accommodation services will be subject to the tariffs, contract of carriage, service terms, and re-accommodation policies of the carrier/ service provider on which travel is scheduled and may also be subject to the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention.
- Income tax liability on any Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits, if applicable, is the responsibility of the member.
Elite Travelers is not responsible for the quality or delivery of any goods and/or services provided by any third party as part of any Offer. All third party provider terms and conditions apply. Any Offer and third party providers are subject to change without notice. Elite Travelers may, at any time and without notice, change, stop, or end any promotion in part or in full.
Use of data and privacy:
Elite Travelers collects personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Elite Travelers program you acknowledge and have read Elite Travelers’ privacy policy.
Taxes:
Any valuation of the Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits stated in any Offer is based on available information provided to Elite Travelers. The value of the Elite Travelers rewards may be taxable as income. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of Elite Travelers Rewards and Benefits not specifically provided for, in these Terms and Conditions are solely your responsibility. You are responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes associated with your revenue. You must contact your own tax advisor for any questions concerning taxes.
Other conditions:
By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which are final and binding on you, your estate, successor and assign in all respects. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Elite Travelers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or suspend any Offer or any portion hereof, or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the following actions, if for any reason: (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by participants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Elite Travelers’ sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Offer, (b) the Offer or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper processing of participant information per these terms, or (c) the Offer is otherwise not capable of running as planned by Elite Travelers. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Elite Travelers, its parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesalers and retailers, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, actions, and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Offer or acceptance or use of any Elite Travelers awards and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and merchandise delivery. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate participant information, and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation or transmission at any website, (ii) failure of any participant information to be reported to Elite Travelers due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, (iii) communications line, hardware, and/or software failures, (iv) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the Offer, (v) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of participant information, or (vi) participant information or mail which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, and/or lacking postage (or any combination thereof). The use of third-party software or website or automated systems to participate is prohibited, and Elite Travelers reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in the Offer in such fashion. By participating, you agree to comply with these rules. Any participant who attempts to tamper with any Offer in any way shall be disqualified. Additional restrictions may apply.
Use of Elite Travelers forums
You agree to use any bulletin boards, chat rooms, conferences, or other communication or message facilities (each a “Forum”) contained on the Elite Travelers or Elite Travelers websites or apps only to send and receive material and messages that are proper and related to the particular Forum. You further agree that you will use the Forums in conformity with all applicable laws and these terms and conditions. You agree that you will not misuse a Forum.
Elite Travelers reserves the right to remove, at will and without notice, any content on its websites, including anything you post in a Forum. You understand that any use by you of a Forum constitutes a public communication. You understand that Elite Travelers owns any and all information or material that you post on a Forum. You agree that you waive all of the rights you have to any information or material that you post on a Forum. Elite Travelers has the right to do whatever it wishes with that information or material, including but not limited to deleting or editing for any reason any posting by you. You further acknowledge that Elite Travelers does not endorse or sponsor any information or material posted by Forum users, and that Elite Travelers has no responsibility to approve, review, or screen such information or material
Any use or reliance on any content or materials posted on any Elite Travelers website, app or Forum is at your own risk. Elite Travelers does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Forum posts or endorse any opinions expressed on any Forum. You represent and warrant that you have, or have obtained, all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power and/or authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein for any content that you submit, post or display on or through the Forums. You agree that such content will not contain material subject to copyright or other proprietary rights, unless you have necessary permission or are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant the rights described above.
Governing law and dispute resolution
You agree that you will notify Elite Travelers of any dispute by submitting your concerns to Elite Travelers, including a description of the nature of the dispute. Following delivery of such submission, you agree to allow Elite Travelers a period of sixty (60) days to provide a substantive response and to try to resolve the dispute, prior to filing any lawsuit or any other proceeding against Elite Travelers related to the dispute. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES WILL ENTITLE ELITE TRAVELERS TO RECOVER FROM YOU REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES INCURRED IN DEFENDING THE LAWSUIT OR ANY OTHER PROCEEDING.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY RELATED TO THE PROGRAM SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS-WIDE BASIS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO SUCH PROCEEDING MAY BE CONSOLIDATED WITH ANY OTHER LEGAL PROCEEDINGS INVOLVING ELITE TRAVELERS OR ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES. FURTHERMORE, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER YOU NOR ANYONE ASSERTING A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF WILL ACT AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, CLASS MEMBER, OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING AGAINST ELITE TRAVELERS CLUB LLC.
ARBITRATION CLAUSE. All disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The parties to this agreement will submit all disputes arising under this agreement to arbitration in the state of Wyoming, before a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitrator shall be selected by application of the rules of the AAA, or by mutual agreement of the parties, except that such arbitrator shall be an attorney admitted to practice law of Wyoming. No party to this agreement will challenge the jurisdiction or venue provisions as provided in this section. No party to this agreement will challenge the jurisdiction or venue provisions as provided in this section. Nothing contained herein shall prevent the party from obtaining an injunction.
The Elite Travelers Program Terms and Conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. To the full extent allowed by law, these Terms and Conditions disclaim any duty of good faith and fair dealing as well as any implied contractual terms or obligations.
Except to the extent expressly provided in the following paragraph or to the extent required by applicable law, you and Elite Travelers agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Wyoming, USA to resolve any dispute or claim arising from the Elite Travelers program, the Elite Travelers Program Terms and Conditions, Elite Travelers General Terms of Use and Membership Agreement, Rewards and Benefits, or any other program associated with Elite Travelers.
If you are not a U.S. citizen and you do not reside in the U.S., you agree that any dispute or claim arising from the Elite Travelers program, the Elite Travelers Program Terms and Conditions, Elite Travelers General Terms of Use and Membership Agreement, Rewards and Benefits, any other program associated with Elite Travelers, shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to any conflict of law provisions, and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of such court.

Member acknowledges and Elite Travelers bring to Member attention beside the fact that Member has paid for accommodation service, he will be required to make a deposit via credit/debit card directly to the accommodation partner.
